Use and conditions web shop, privacy policy, etc.

Audience
Tweuus is in the market of advising companies and its (senior) management and employees. For the cause of clarity, Tweuus abides by the practices for web shops in the Dutch retail market (generally more restrictive than for business customers) in as far as applicable to businesses. This web shop is intended for (senior) managers and employees in companies, with a focus on (changes in) lease accounting. In addition, the web shop is open to the wider public.

The web shop has articles in Dutch as well as in English. The actual language in the article is clearly indicated in the title.

Conditions web shop
Tweuus makes use of the conditions for its web shop, described in Dutch: Tweuus webwinkel Algemene Voorwaarden Thuiswinkel v 2020-04-02. When interested in an English version, please request separately.
When making payments, you are asked to agree to the web shop conditions.

Shopping
The steps taken while shopping are listed below:
– Choose one or more products,
– choose your payment method: (1) European (SEPA) payment, (2) payment via a Payment Service Provider, or (3) credit card.
– after having paid, you will receive the products requested as download (payment methods 2 and 3) or separately in case of SEPA payment after credit to the Tweuus account.

Payment information
Tweuus uses a payment service provider for payment methods (2) and (3). The effect is that you may see, as counter party on your bank statement, the reference ‘Stichting Mollie Payments’. This ‘stichting’ (Foundation) manages the proper payment cycle through a third-party bank account in accordance with regulations set up and monitored by the Dutch Central Bank, DNB (De Nederlandsche Bank). You are able to trace payments made for items ordered via the website of Tweuus: see https://www.mollie.com/nl/consumers.

Shipments
Shipment of (digital) documents takes place after receipt of payment.

If not immediately upon payment, due to unforeseen circumstances like power outages, shipments take place within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period of time is considered to be 14 days maximum.

Return shipment
Due to the nature of the products, no restitution of payments made is possible once the shipment has been completed. Return shipment on the other hand is not at stake; one can continue to use the product in a personal setting.
