TWEUUS Privacy Statement
In this statement, we will tell you what personal data we collect, why we collect this data and what we do with it. We believe it is important that your personal information is handled with care and we ensure that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially.
In short, our privacy statement states in respect of your personal data that:

Personal data we process
Your personal data will be processed by using our services and/or because you provide us with this data yourself.
Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Phone number, – IP address and bank account number[1]
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service has no intention to collect data on website visitors under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is over 16 years old. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent the collection of data on children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without permission, please contact us via tweuus@gmail.com so that we are able to remove this information.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
Tweuus processes your personal data for the following purposes:
– Handling your payment
– Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
– To call or email you if necessary in order to provide our services
– Informing you about changes to our services and products
– Enabling you to create an account
– To deliver goods and services to you
– Tweuus also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so,
such as data we need for our tax return.

Tweuus does not decide on matters that can have (significant) consequences for persons on the basis of automated processing. Automated decisions are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without the intervention of a human being (for example, a Tweuus employee). Sharing personal data with third parties
Tweuus provides data only to third parties when this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
Tweuus only uses technical and functional cookies. And analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They make sure that the website works properly and remember your preferred settings, for example. It also allows us to optimize our website. You can unsubscribe from cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all previously saved information from your browser settings.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to revoke your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Tweuus and you have the right to data transferability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation mentioned by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, transfer of your personal data or request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to tweuus@gmail.com.
In order to ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) are blacked out in this copy. This to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Tweuus takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
